New Mexico and her people face new assaults from uranium mining, the nuclear fuel chain, and the plans for more robust weapons of mass destruction. This historical and active place is in great need of spiritual healing, prayers and wisdom-seeking regarding the global concern of nuclearism. It is also in need of physical clean-up and reconstruction. The old saying is valid: "It started here, let's stop it here."
